Please be sure to select the correct delivery area for your order; an incorrect delivery area may mean that your order is placed on hold until the correct surcharge is paid.

Larger sized items
A very small selection of larger-sized items may incur a per-item surcharge. This will be clearly marked during checkout, so there are no hidden charges.
APC Overnight will collect your order from us, at which point you will receive an email from us with an expected delivery date (usually next working day).
Your order will then go to our local depot, before being transferred overnight to your local depot. The driver will then attempt to deliver your order during the day, usually between 8am and 4pm.
If no-one is available to accept the parcel, the driver will do one of the following, at their discretion:
- Return the order to the depot and try again the next working day.
- Return the order to the depot and leave a card, explaining how you can rearrange your delivery.
- Leave the order with a neighbour or in a safe place.
To rearrange a delivery after a card is left, please contact the depot stated on the card and confirm the consignment number. You may also collect the order from the depot.
Please note that orders which are not collected/re-delivered within 5 days will automatically be returned to us, and there may be another charge from us to resend the order a second time.
We track all deliveries online.
If you wish to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us before your order is dispatched. We regret that we cannot change the delivery address after the order has been dispatched and with our courier.
In most cases, your order will be delivered the next working day after being dispatched by us, depending on where we are delivering to. We will confirm this during dispatch. We aim to dispatch your order within 5 days of receiving your payment.
If you would like a quote for delivery to somewhere other than the UK, please contact us and we will offer you a quote, using a dedicated courier service. Please include the items and quantity you require, as well as the delivery address. Our couriers need this information to offer the quotation.
Please note that your quotation will be for the cost of delivering the order to the requested country and the delivery address; any customs or excises charges for your country are not included and will be the responsibility of the customer to pay in all cases.
Exceptions to using our normal couriers
Please note that for deliveries to BFPO customers within the British forces we have no option other than to use Royal Mail. Non-UK deliveries will also be via another courier.
